Bay Leaf Wish Burn

Ingredients / Materials
- 1 dried bay leaf
- A pen with dark ink
- A heat-proof dish
- A match or lighter
Method
- On the New Moon, sit somewhere quiet and think about one specific wish.
- Write it on the bay leaf in a few words, present tense: "I have a job I enjoy."
- Hold the leaf and picture the wish already true.
- Light the leaf's edge and drop it in the dish. Let it burn out completely.
- Let the ashes cool, then scatter them outside or discard them.
Tip
Keep wishes within your own influence. Focus on what you can do, not on controlling other people.
Fire safety: burn only in a heat-proof dish, never leave flames unattended, and keep away from curtains, paper, and pets.
