New Moon Seed Planting
Intention: Plant a real seed as a living symbol of a new intention
Ingredients / Materials
- A small pot with soil
- Seeds (basil or sunflower work well)
- A moonstone or other favorite stone
- Water
- A slip of paper and a pen
Method
- On the New Moon, write your intention in a few words and fold the paper small.
- Press the paper into the soil, then plant the seeds above it.
- Rest the stone on the soil and water gently.
- Say: "As this grows, so does my intention."
- Put the pot somewhere you see it daily.
Follow-through
Water it as you'd keep any promise: steadily. When the plant thrives, or by the next Full Moon, take a moment to check in on how the intention is going.
